Refund and Returns Policy

MiroSEO sells digital WordPress plugins. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how it fits with our Terms & Conditions.

Last updated: July 26, 2026

14-day window

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if a plugin does not work on a supported WordPress stack.

We troubleshoot first

Most issues are SMTP, hosting, theme conflicts, or setup. We help in good faith before issuing a refund.

Digital products

There are no physical returns. Delivery means download access and/or a license key after successful payment.

One-time licenses

Marketplace plugins are sold as one-time licenses unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

1. Overview

Thank you for purchasing from MiroSEO. Our products are digital WordPress and WooCommerce plugins delivered electronically through downloads, license keys, or account access. Because they are software, there are no physical items to ship or return.

This Refund and Returns Policy works together with our Terms & Conditions. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control for license use and purchase rules.

2. 14-day refund window

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if a plugin does not work as described on a supported WordPress environment. We will troubleshoot with you in good faith.

A refund may be issued when:

  • The plugin does not work as described on the product page.
  • There is a reproducible technical defect we cannot resolve on a supported stack.
  • Your license key or download access does not work and we cannot restore access.
  • You were charged more than once for the same product by mistake, or there is a clear billing error.

Before requesting a refund, please email support with enough detail for us to reproduce the issue (WordPress/PHP versions, active theme, and a short description of what fails).

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • You changed your mind after purchase or no longer need the plugin.
  • You purchased the wrong product or did not read the product description, requirements, or features before buying.
  • You expected features that were not listed on the product page.
  • The issue is caused by a third-party theme, plugin, hosting setup, custom code, or unsupported website configuration.
  • Your site uses an outdated WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, or server version outside the product requirements.
  • You refuse basic troubleshooting needed to diagnose the problem.
  • The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • The license was activated beyond normal use for a change-of-mind request after successful download.

Free products distributed via WordPress.org follow that platform’s policies.

4. Digital product delivery

After successful checkout you receive download access and license information by email and/or your account area. Once a plugin has been downloaded, accessed, or activated with a license key, the product is considered delivered.

There are no physical returns for MiroSEO software.

5. One-time licenses

Plugins in the MiroSEO marketplace are sold as one-time licenses unless a product page clearly states a different billing model. A one-time purchase is not a recurring subscription.

Eligible paid licenses include lifetime updates for the major product line purchased, as described on the product page. Support and updates follow the terms of that purchase — they are not refunded separately from the license.

6. Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Timing depends on your bank, card provider, or payment processor (for example Paddle).

7. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback. Chargebacks opened without first contacting support may result in suspension of your license key, downloads, updates, support, and related access while the matter is reviewed.

8. How to request a refund review

Email info@miroseo.com or use our contact form. Include your order number, purchase email, plugin name, website URL, and a clear description of the issue.
