Human support

Email info@miroseo.com for license, billing, and technical help on business days.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and MiroSeo (“we”, “us”, “our”) for access to our WordPress plugins, license keys, downloads, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

If you purchase on behalf of a company or client, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our plugins.

2. Definitions

  • Plugin — A MiroSeo WordPress software product such as MiroLabs, MiroPage SEO, MiroCart Recovery, MiroGEO Local, or MiroSell Digital.
  • License — The right to install and use a Plugin on the number of production WordPress sites allowed by your plan.
  • Site — One unique WordPress installation with its own database, including staging or development copies that mirror a licensed production site.
  • Authorized reseller — Our checkout and payment partners (for example Paddle or WooCommerce checkout) that process transactions on our behalf.

3. Licenses

MiroSeo plugins are sold under per-product, per-tier licenses. Unless a product page states otherwise:

  • Each license is limited to the number of WordPress sites shown at checkout (Starter = 1 site, Pro = 3 sites, Agency = 10 sites).
  • A valid license key is required for updates and Pro features where applicable.
  • Licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable except where Agency tiers explicitly allow client-site use within your activation limit.
  • You may not share, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute license keys or plugin ZIP files.

We may deactivate licenses used beyond the purchased site limit, shared publicly, or used in violation of these Terms.

4. Permitted use & restrictions

You may install and use purchased Plugins only on WordPress sites you own or manage within your license limit. You may not:

  • Redistribute, repackage, or resell plugin files, except as expressly allowed on an Agency plan for client projects within your site quota.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or remove license or copyright notices.
  • Use our Plugins for unlawful content, malware distribution, or activities that violate third-party terms (including OpenAI, Google, or WooCommerce policies).
  • Circumvent activation, update, or usage limits built into the software.

5. Payments & checkout

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise on the product or checkout page. Payments are processed by authorized checkout partners. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or bank fees charged by your payment provider or jurisdiction.

A purchase is complete when payment is confirmed. Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first may result in license suspension while the matter is reviewed.

6. Digital delivery

All products are digital. After successful checkout you receive download access and license information by email and/or your account area. No physical shipment occurs.

You are responsible for keeping your purchase email and license key secure. If you lose access, contact us with your order email and we will help verify ownership.

7. Updates, compatibility & support

Eligible paid licenses include lifetime updates for the major product line purchased, as described on the relevant product page. We ship fixes and improvements but do not guarantee perpetual compatibility with every future WordPress, PHP, or third-party plugin release.

Minimum requirements (WordPress version, PHP version, WooCommerce where applicable) are listed on each product page. Support covers good-faith technical issues on supported environments — not custom theme development, server administration, or conflicts caused by unsupported modifications.

Support is provided by email at info@miroseo.com. We aim to respond within one business day.

8. Refunds

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if a plugin does not work as described on a supported WordPress environment. We will troubleshoot with you in good faith.

Refunds may be issued when:

  • The product has a reproducible technical defect we cannot resolve on a supported stack.
  • There was a duplicate charge or clear billing error.

Refunds are generally not available for change-of-mind after successful download, license activation on multiple sites, or issues caused by outdated hosting, incompatible plugins, or modified core files. Free products distributed via WordPress.org are subject to that platform’s policies.

9. AI features & third-party services

Some Plugins (including MiroLabs and MiroPage SEO) offer optional AI features. When enabled, you connect your own API keys to third-party providers such as OpenAI or OpenRouter. You are responsible for:

  • Compliance with the third party’s terms, usage limits, and billing.
  • Reviewing AI-generated output before publishing.
  • Data you send to external APIs from your WordPress site.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or ranking impact of AI-generated content. Third-party outages or API changes are outside our control.

10. Disclaimers

Plugins are provided “as is” and “as available”. SEO and e-commerce results depend on many factors outside our control. On-page scores, audits, and recommendations measure content readiness — they do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or revenue.

We are not affiliated with Google, WordPress, WooCommerce, Yoast, Rank Math, or other third-party brands mentioned in our documentation. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiroSeo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from use of our Plugins or Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that Plugin in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were revised. Material changes apply to new purchases after publication. Continued use of licensed software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for ongoing use.
