SpaVexa Manager

SpaVexa Manager turns WordPress into a booking and growth hub for spas and salons — without paying monthly SaaS fees for scheduling software. Start with the free plugin on WordPress.org, then upgrade to Pro when you need deposits, SMS, packages, and more.

1. Install free from WordPress.org

   In wp-admin go to Plugins → Add New, search for “SpaVexa Manager”, or download the ZIP from wordpress.org/plugins/spavexa-manager and upload it.

2. Or purchase Pro

   Buy from the SpaVexa product page. After checkout you receive a license key and download link by email. Deactivate the free plugin before activating Pro — your bookings and services stay in the database.

3. Install & activate Pro ZIP

   Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload the Pro ZIP, install, and activate.

4. Activate your license (Pro)

   Open SpaVexa → License and paste your MiroSeo license key.

5. Run the setup wizard

   Follow SpaVexa → Getting Started or the setup wizard to add business info and create booking pages.

Each purchase includes a license key tied to your site count (Starter 1 site, Pro 3 sites, Agency 10 sites).

1. Go to SpaVexa → License in your WordPress admin.
2. Paste your license key from the purchase email.
3. Click Activate License. Updates download automatically through miroseo.com.

Deactivate the license before moving the plugin to a new domain to free the site slot.

The setup wizard collects your business name, contact details, hours, and booking preferences. It can auto-create frontend pages:

• Book Appointment — main booking form page
• Services, Team, Packages, Gallery, Testimonials

Re-open the wizard anytime from SpaVexa → Getting Started.

Services — Each service has a name, price, duration, and optional deposit override. Add optional add-ons (extra price and duration) when editing a service — they appear as a step on the booking form.

Staff — Assign which services each team member performs. Customers can pick a preferred stylist or therapist when booking.

Staff login (Pro) — On the staff edit screen, link a WordPress user with the SpaVexa Staff role. That user only sees their own bookings and calendar.

Packages — Sell bundles of multiple sessions with session tracking in the customer record.

Place the booking form on any page with the shortcode: [spavma_booking_form]

Optional embeds:

• [spavma_book_button] — Opens booking in a modal or links to your form
• [spavma_calendar] — Standalone availability calendar picker
• [spavma_account] — Customer portal for bookings, packages, and manage links (Pro)

Gutenberg blocks are also available for booking form, services, staff, and more. In-plugin map: SpaVexa → Help.

Configure under SpaVexa → Settings → Payments:

• Stripe — Native Stripe Checkout for fixed or percentage deposits
• PayPal — PayPal deposit gateway without WooCommerce
• Hold until paid — Keep bookings pending until the deposit is paid
• WooCommerce — Optional integration if you already use WooCommerce

PDF invoices can be generated for bookings from the admin and included in customer emails.

Webhooks (Pro) — SpaVexa → Settings → Webhooks for Zapier Catch Hooks with HMAC-SHA256 signatures.

Cut no-shows with automated reminders before appointments. Channels are separate:

• Email — WordPress mail (use an SMTP plugin for reliability). Not Twilio.
• SMS — Twilio under Settings → Reminders (SID, token, From number)
• WhatsApp — Click-to-chat shortcode plus optional Meta Cloud API for automated messages

Use the Reminders setup checklist and SpaVexa → Message Log to verify delivery. Customers receive secure self-service links to reschedule or cancel within your cutoff window.
